Could very well be an optima; Grill and lights look the same, front fogs and surrounds a bit different though

Don't Kia make different models for different markets? The Ceed is Europe only thus would guess that the "Forte" is made for alternative markets. If I am correct the only way you would see one in the UK would be if its an import and would anybody go to the trouble when the Ceed is probably a better car.
