DER memory?????? thought it was a strange response, had to look back to see who had posted window problem and  its YOU!!!!! funny thing was i read your post and that evening my auto shut stopped working, well being an ex toyota owner im used to things going wrong so a bit of pushing and pulling got it working by chance , soon had the manual out and problem solved . the other thing i have noticed is no one moans about Mr kia on this site unlike the toyota OC everyone moans about MrT  so i think the cars & dealers are of a superior quality? Hope headrest soon sorted , if it had been a toyota MrT would have told you its normal and turn the radio up.
regards
geoff

All is now good with MY car. Kia have been fairly good. Only 2 seat backs and headrests required.
