Sorento touchscreen problem

Hi guys, Just bought a Kia Sorento 2012. After one week I’m getting a problem with the media console’s touchScreen.

The problem is that, sometimes, when I press some option on the screen it reacts as if I had press a different option. For example if I have a list of radio stations and I press the second radio on the list, it will give me one of the other radios on the list. Other times it just doesn’t react to any touch at all.

My Kia dealership told me they would re install the software and if that didn’t work they would change It for a new one. But I’m curious if anyone had the same problem and what resolution you found.
