I took delivery of my new Sportage at the end of July. I received details of Kia Assist through the post, but as yet nothing about the free services that Kia were offering at the time.

Should I expect something, or is it held on record somewhere?

i got a email after about 2 weeks with all the info, it may be worth getting the dealer to chase it up for you. if you have got the original offer paperwork from the dealer you could present that when you have your service.

A short phone call to your Kia dealer & they will confirm it's on their computer system.Thumbs Up

I tried that. The salesman is away and they say only he can deal with it.

We recommend calling our Care-3 provider on 0330 099 6826 to check this plan was set up and its current status. If they don’t recognise your reg, please contact your sales manager or PM us.
