Checked front tyres and found a lump off really sticky foam practically welded on. I had to use a scraper to remove. Problem solved.</div>]]>

I had this problem on my Rio CRDI and it was replaced under warranty and all was well after that. Not an expensive part. The fault can be read by a code reader and it doesn't always throw the engine management light on.&nbsp;]]>
