Does the small triangle window design in front interfere with visibility much? Can you compensate for this and still feel you are being a safe driver or is it a pain in the brain?

No, its fine... that triangle makes the structure stronger and is impact point for if you have a crash.
thats why the rio is a safe little car.

i like it, its better than the old man two piece rear side windows on the new model now they got rid of the front quarter window and moved it

i had one on my old jazz too
